Hey, hi, and hello!

My Story

Howdy! I've really loved focusing on literally *everyone* as a target audience between my experience in financial services and telecom. What has kept me most engaged and hungry are the challenges that align near to the cybersecurity space like customer identity, authentication, and verification. My strengths in information architecture, cross-disciplinary facilitation, and service blueprinting render me a technical asset in a strategic design team. I'm looking to dig into a variety of projects that vary from sort of independent passion projects to large team efforts.

I was exposed to design feats daily as a result of growing up in the DC area. My computer-whiz parents nurtured my love for art from a young age. My dad's Christmas gift from corporate one year became my very first Photoshop 6.0 CD (you read that right) in middle school, sparking my digital design love.

Coupling relevant software knowledge and insistence on clear communication in design, the challenges of UX design feel like puzzles specifically crafted for me.
As a graduate from Baylor University (Undergraduate, Studio Art, 2018) and Virginia Commonwealth University (Master of Product Innovation, 2020), I've gotten to work on a variety of projects and learned from so many brilliant artists and designers. My goal is to inspire the same way I have been by my own colleagues.

Currently, I'm loving working in the Identity and Authentication space at Chase. The complexities of designing for security in the privacy era presents lots of new questions, thoughts, and challenges at the forefront of post-information digital sociology.

In my spare time, I maintain a variety of hobbies in addition to simply reading and forever trying to learn Italian. You can follow my varied explorations here.
